Services and Fees
Project Consultation:
Let's spend an hour or more getting to know one another and discuss your project. Do you know what you like but aren't sure how to achieve it? Is the thought of creating from scratch overwhelming you? Talk to me about the look and feel you want your home to have so the brainstorming can begin.
My fee is $70.00/hour. We can meet at a local coffee shop or eatery in or around Charlottesville, VA., or at another destination of our choosing.
Selection Appointment:
Let's meet at the vendors location to pick out tile, cabinets, light fixtures, flooring, etc. This is the time to make the selections and pull the elements together. This can usually take approximately two hours per element if the builder does not have a single stop design studio. In visiting individual vendors, you will find there are limitless design possibilities and it will take some time to pull combinations and make decisions.
My consulting fee is $70.00 per hour. Travel outside of Charlottesville is billed i.e.: trips to vendors in Troy, Ruckersville, Madison, etc.
Virtual Design:
If you feel comfortable doing meetings and selections on your own, but would like a mood board or virtual concept board, I can create them for your various interior spaces. These will not always be product specific - but will create a visual for the look you are hoping to achieve in your home.
Fee for these services is also $70.00 per hour spent on design.
